Behold, another NPC! This one made me curse Elizabethan fashion!
Characters:
Caelum "Cael" Aetherius, a spirit pretending to be a mage pretending to know what he's doing.
Lady Rosaline, a proper, polite and perfectly punctual person.
The Floating Isle of Volatilis. Thousands of citizens, hundreds of mages, one drunk pilot and the people that despair of him.

You've done an excellent job on all three of the new ones. 
I particularly like the clothing on the Mirage Witch and the detailing and personalization on Roy's bling.
You get-
Illusory Rod- (Weapon, Wand, Illusion, 45,000 Gold) +48 Magical Attack, 5% inflicts Confusion, Wielder counts as being 2 Levels higher, to a max of Level 40, for purposes of casting Illusion spells
It's out of stock.
